Embed neuroinclusion across your organisation

Do you want to make your organisation more neuroinclusive, but are you unsure where to start? Or have you already taken the first steps, but are you struggling to keep the momentum?

Having led a global neurodiversity network in a multinational company, I’ve seen firsthand what works and what doesn’t.

Depending on your needs, I can help you:

  • Identify barriers that hold your neurodivergent talent back.
  • Develop a practical roadmap to strengthen neuroinclusion.
  • Enable managers to better support different needs.

Why neurodiversity awareness
alone is not enough

It happens almost every time I speak at an organisation. At the end of a session, one person raises their hand and asks: “I’m so glad we started this conversation. Now, what’s next?”

It’s the right question to ask. Because even in organisations with the most inclusive intentions, neurodiversity awareness doesn’t automatically translate into more effective day-to-day support.

Research shows that neurodivergent employees continue to face barriers. Managers often want to help but may not know how, or they fear getting it wrong.

The answer? Practical and personal support, focused on people’s needs instead of labels. That’s where I can help. Together, we’ll look at concrete ways to move beyond surface-level awareness.

Frequently Asked Questions

What are the benefits of working with an external neurodiversity consultant?

An external perspective can help you see opportunities and barriers that may be difficult to identify from within your own organisation. Working with a neurodiversity consultant can also provide a safe space for neurodivergent employees to share their experiences. You get fresh insights into how your organisation can better support them.

What makes you different as a neurodiversity consultant?

I understand the complexity of cultural change because I’ve navigated it myself. When you work with me, we’ll bring the right people in your organisation together to define and implement concrete, practical steps.

Do you offer neurodiversity workshops for managers as well?

Yes. Research consistently shows that line manager support is one of the biggest enablers of success for neurodivergent employees. I provide workshops that give managers the confidence and skills to support different ways of thinking and working.

Do you provide legal advice on reasonable adjustments?

I am not a legal specialist, so I recommend involving legal and occupational health experts where specific legal advice or case-by-case guidance is needed.

Do you also offer 1:1 neurodiversity coaching or mentoring?

Many neurodivergent employees benefit from specialist neurodiversity coaching or mentoring. However, I currently do not offer 1:1 coaching or mentoring myself.

Do you offer neurodiversity consultancy worldwide?

Yes. As an international neurodiversity consultant, I work with organisations around the globe. I offer both virtual and in-person support, depending on your needs and location.

How do you measure the impact of neuroinclusion?

Impact can be measured in different ways, depending on your goals. For example, this might include employee experiences, manager confidence, participation in initiatives, or progress against agreed actions. I help you identify the right success measures that work for you.
