Looking for a neurodiversity speaker at your event?
Authentic. Inspiring. Practical. That's how people have described my presentations on neurodiversity at work. And that's also the value I hope to deliver to your event.
Drawing from my lived experience as an autistic professional working in large organizations for over 17 years, I give keynote presentations and webinars on neurodiversity that help your people see the world through a more inclusive perspective.
I do not just talk the talk, I have walked the walk. Over the past two years, I have grown a thriving Neurodiversity Employee Resource Group (ERG) at Philips with over 1,000 members worldwide - an initiative that was awarded 'most impactful ERG of the year'.
I provide presentations in English and in Dutch, on site or virtually.

What others say about me
Tristan delivered a keynote presentation for a global audience in Syngenta Group and it was one of the best received sessions we had. Tristan is an extremely professional keynote speaker – he provided all the details regarding his keynote in advance, ensured everything runs smoothly from his side and most importantly – presented the topic so that the audience is fully engaged and leaves the session with clear learnings. We got wonderful feedback – our colleagues found the keynote extremely informative and Tristan a really empathetic speaker. We would be looking forward to working with Tristan again!Polina Kosareva, Group Diversity & Inclusion Lead, Syngenta, Switzerland
I wholeheartedly offer my highest recommendation for Tristan Lavender. He is a highly authentic speaker who partnered closely with the Sensational Foundation in Hong Kong. Tristan’s unique perspective, lived experience, and exceptional communication skills make him an invaluable asset to any event. Through his partnership and collaboration with the Sensational Foundation, he demonstrated an unwavering commitment to promoting awareness, understanding, and inclusivity for individuals on the autism spectrum. His talk was not only informative and educational but also deeply impactful, leaving audiences inspired and empowered.Faride Shroff, Founder and CEO, Sensational Foundation, Hong Kong
We recently hosted an Open Dialogue on neurodivergence in the workplace, with Tristan as our guest speaker. He was wonderfully clear and structured in his explanations, making complex topics accessible and engaging for everyone. The preparation process was quick and seamless, and Tristan was able to give advice and guidance along the entire journey. To note how insightful and impactful the session was, I'd love to share two quotes from my colleagues: "It was an eye opener in so many ways I never thought of. Very inspiring." and "I loved it! Super cool and every time these topics are discussed I feel like I'm not an alien".Anesa Balta, Co-Lead Diversity & Inclusion, Lepaya, The Netherlands
